Terms and conditions

Last updated 7 November 2026

Draft to be drawn up

The general conditions of rental and services must be drawn up by a Moroccan lawyer, in French and English, and aligned with the seasonal rental contract, the house rules and the cancellation policy (spec §13.4). The paragraphs below merely set out the scope to be covered.

Purpose

These conditions govern, first, the short-term letting of properties marketed by the company on behalf of their owners and, second, the concierge services provided to guests.

Booking and payment

An enquiry does not bind the company until confirmed in writing. A booking becomes firm on signature of the rental contract and receipt of the deposit. The balance and the security deposit are due before arrival.

Security deposit

A security deposit is taken before arrival. It is released within seven days of departure, less any damage recorded in the photographic inventory.

Guest obligations

  • Comply with the property’s house rules and the declared number of guests.
  • Provide the identity documents required for the declaration to the Moroccan authorities.
  • Obtain prior written authorisation for any party or event.

Cancellation

The applicable cancellation policy is the one set out in the rental contract and restated on confirmation. It may vary by property and by period.

Concierge services

Additional services are subject to a quotation accepted before performance. Where a service is delivered by a partner, the company acts as intermediary and the partner remains responsible for its performance.

Governing law and disputes

Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any action, under a mediation clause to be set out in the contract.
