Data collected and purposes
- Contact and enquiry forms: name, email, telephone, and the details you provide about your property or stay. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
- Revenue calculator: the parameters entered, retained only if you request the detailed report by email.
- Audience measurement: only if you accepted it in the cookie banner, and in aggregated form.
Legal basis
Your consent for the forms and audience measurement; the performance of pre-contractual steps for quotation and management enquiries.
Retention period
Three years from the last contact for prospects. Data relating to a contract is retained for the statutory period applicable to commercial and accounting records.
Recipients
Only authorised staff within the company, and our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, customer relationship tool), bound by contract and using your data solely on our behalf.
Transfers outside Morocco
Some providers are established in the European Union or the United States. Transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to us at the address above: we reply within one month. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP in Morocco or, if you live in the European Union, to your data protection authority.
Security
Strict HTTPS, daily backups, named administrator accounts with two-factor authentication, access logging. We never publish a property’s exact address or its access codes.
