The rest is our business. Valérie Frydlender is trained in events; Laurent Frydlender has run organisations where improvisation was not an option. An event is prepared like an operation, not like an inspiration.
What we organise
Five formats, one framework.
Birthdays and private parties
10 to 80 guests
Dinner under the olive trees, a DJ, the garden lit, a portable spa by the pool. We also handle permissions and sound levels, so that the party has no unpleasant sequel.
Hen and stag parties
6 to 20 guests
A riad or villa taken over entirely, private chef, hammam, a cookery lesson, a run into the Atlas or a night under canvas in Agafay. A programme built with you, budget agreed in advance.
Corporate retreats
10 to 60 participants
An equipped meeting room, catering, team activities, transfers. Proper invoicing, a single point of contact, and a detailed expense report for your finance department.
Film and photo shoots
By quotation
Location scouting, permits, use of the property, production support, crew accommodation. We know production constraints and the deadlines that come with them.
The scope
What LF takes on.
- The venue — exclusive use of a villa, riad or estate from the portfolio
- Catering, the chef, the wine and table service
- Floral decoration, set design, furniture hire
- Sound, lighting, the DJ or musicians
- Staff: butlers, waiters, housekeepers, security officers
- Transport, shuttles and airport transfers
- Accommodation for guests across the house’s properties
- Permits, insurance and coordination on the day
Our planning fee is a percentage of the budget, stated before the first quotation. Partner services are recharged to you at the negotiated price.
Past events
The gallery will open after our first events.
We will publish here only events we have actually organised, and only with the hosts’ written permission. No stock imagery, no borrowed work.
