How it works
Three rules, all in writing.
The referral
You introduce an owner. If they sign a management agreement, you receive a share of the commissions collected in the first year. The rate and terms are set out in a written agreement, signed before any name is exchanged.
Reciprocity
Our owners sell, buy, renovate, marry. We refer those requests to you, on the same terms. A referral agreement works in both directions or it does not last.
Confidentiality
We never approach a contact you have introduced for any other purpose, and we disclose their name to no one. It is written into the agreement.
