Before you arrive
We write to you three days ahead. Arrival time confirmed, transfer booked, groceries ordered, chef retained if you wish. The fridge is full when you open the door.
Stays
We never say no. We quote.
That is the internal rule of the house. Anything not on the list is quoted, and most of the time the answer comes the same day.

On arrival
Someone is waiting for you, whatever time your flight lands. A tour of the house, how everything works, the welcome book, a welcome basket. The declaration to the authorities is filed the same day.

During your stay
A number answered day and night. A blocking incident is dealt with in under four hours. And anything you ask for is quoted: a hard-to-get table, dinner for twenty, a day in the Atlas.

On departure
A photographic inventory, meter readings, transfer to the airport. Your deposit is released within seven days when there is nothing to report.

House staff
Daily rate and commission
Butler, cook, housekeeper, nanny, driver, security officer. Every member of staff signs a confidentiality charter: no photographs, no social media, no names.
Private chef, dinners, wine
Commission on the service
A menu built with you, the morning market, table service, matched wines. From dinner for six to a buffet for forty.
Event planning
Fee as a percentage of the budget
Birthday, wedding, hen party, corporate retreat, film shoot. Venue, catering, decoration, sound, staff, transport, accommodation for guests.
Transfers and chauffeur-driven car
Fixed price per journey
Met as you leave the aircraft, station or airport transfer, a car and driver at your disposal by the day. French-speaking drivers.
Excursions and reservations
Partner commission
Restaurants, spas, golf, hot-air balloon, the Atlas, Agafay, Essaouira. We recommend only places we have been to, and we book in your name.
Groceries, wine and flowers before arrival
Service fee
The fridge filled, the wine in place, flowers in the bedrooms and the welcome basket on the table, before you open the door.
Special requests
Bespoke quotation
Portable spa, lighting, DJ, sound system, floral decoration, furniture hire. The internal rule is simple: we never say no, we quote.
Wellbeing and assistance
Hourly rate and commission
Babysitting, assistance for guests with reduced mobility, nurse, physiotherapist, personal trainer, yoga teacher.
