LF Luxury Conciergerie grew out of two trades meeting: managing built assets and running luxury businesses. The founders are identifiable, reachable, and based in Marrakech.
The craft of the business
Property law at the ICH, then twenty years of building management and cleaning services in her own company, founded in 2003. Trained in events and interior decoration. The house’s standard of cleanliness comes from her — as does the eye that decides what a property can charge.

Twenty-five years as a managing director in luxury and cosmetics — Chanel, L’Oréal, Cartier, Estée Lauder and LVMH among his clients — and founder of international subsidiaries. An MBA in security management from the École de Guerre. Chief of Operations with the New York fire service, where he has served for close to thirty years.

A shared venture
Two careers led separately for more than thirty years, then brought together in 2019: property management on one side, company leadership on the other. Three children.
For an owner entrusting a property worth several million dirhams, that family dimension is not incidental: they know who they are talking to, and they know that person is putting their own name behind it.
Our principles
Twenty-five to forty properties, no more. Beyond that, an in-person welcome at any hour and a quality check on every turnover become slogans. We would rather turn down a mandate than degrade the service given to the others.
Commitments are quantified and written into the agreement. The inventory is photographed. Inventories are time-stamped. A quotation precedes every cost above the threshold. That is what protects the owner, and it is what protects us too.
Every member of staff signs a confidentiality charter: no photographs, no social media, no names disclosed. We never publish a property’s exact address, and we never place a camera inside.
Every member of staff is registered with the Moroccan social security system, paid above market and trained on our protocols. It is not negotiable, and it is a mark of seriousness we state plainly to owners.
